Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. We may contact you to confirm order or delivery details.
02 Delivery Time
Standard delivery usually takes 3–5 business days within Pakistan. Remote areas may require additional time. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and can be affected by courier availability, public holidays, weather, or other delays outside our control.
03 Delivery Charges
Standard shipping is free all over Pakistan. There are no standard delivery charges added at checkout. If an exceptional delivery arrangement involves an additional charge, we’ll inform you before proceeding.
04 Delivery Address & COD
Please provide a complete address and an active phone number. Cash on Delivery is available where shown at checkout. Please keep the payment ready when your parcel arrives.
05 Delayed or Missing Orders
